Input and Output Devices

1. Keyboard - Input device

1.1. Keyboards allow us to enter ample information into the platform which we are communicating within. Which is the ultimate benefit of this type of input device. A challenge would be proficient use of the keyboard. It's in one's best interest to type well and/or use the keyboard properly.

1.1.1. One can use a typing application - that often times are found for free which teaches how to type and/or increase speed.

2. Printer - Output device

2.1. Printers allows you to print out the information you entered with the keyboard (output device). The benefit would be that it allows you to share the information. The challenge would be when correction are needed and you have to backtrack and have to reput use of this output (printing) which can become wasteful - using too much paper and/or ink and that can become costly.

2.1.1. The user manual for this device is extremely important. You can get to know many functions of the printer by reading up on how the device actually works.
