9. wedge

10. wheel and axle

10.1. A simple machine consisting of an axle to which a wheel is fastened so that torque applied to the wheel winds a rope or chain onto the axle, yielding a mechanical advantage equal to the ratio of the diameter of the wheel to that of the axle.

10.1.1. truck axle.

10.1.1.1. this simple machine is super easy and has no motor needed.

11. pulley

11.1. a wheel with a grooved rim around which a cord passes. It acts to change the direction of a force applied to the cord and is chiefly used (typically in combination) to raise heavy weights.
