1.1.3. Orion and Charlie- Cartier believed that the Native Americans were savage and uncivilized

1.2.1. Julian- there are no actions that proved he had any fears of the Native Americans.
1.2.2. Orion and Charlie- Cartier showed no evidence of being afraid of the Native Americans
1.2.3. Jaia- De la Salle was afraid that the Native Americans were going to kill him
1.3. Leadership
1.3.1. Julian- Jaques Cartier treated the Native Americans in Newfoundland, with kindness and integrity (for the most part).
1.3.2. Robert de La Salle was the first to navigate the Missisippi all the way down to the mouth of the River. ~ Evie
1.3.3. Evie: Robert De La Salle claimed 'Lousiana' for France.
1.3.4. Evie and Alex: The reason he explored the Mississippi River was to find the Mouth. To see if he was right about it emptying into the gulf of Mexico. Another Reason he did it was to solidify the belief that it emptied into the gulf of Mexico.

3.1.4. Aubri- Hernando de soto believed that he could get information out of the native americans
