1.1. Students can collect materials in the form of a scavenger hunt relating to the book
2. Mathematics
2.1. Students could research how many people attended the first Thanksgiving compared to the average number of people attending a Thanksgiving meal today
3. Social Studies
3.1. Students will research about clothing worn during this time
3.1.1. Students will design an outfit appropriate to wear to the first Thanksgiving
3.2. Students will research what the Mayflower was
3.2.1. Students will create a skit centered around an event or situation that took place on the Mayflower
3.3. Students could research written laws in Plymouth Mass. during this time
3.3.1. Students will create a list of written laws for their Thanksgiving meal and the present it to the call
4. Language Arts
4.1. Students will look up common vocabulary during this time
4.1.1. Students will have to create a mini dictionary with 5-10 words from this time
5. Science
5.1. Students could research common meals from this time
5.1.1. Students will be given a pumpkin seed and will have the opportunity to plant it
