Prime Minister- The Prime minister chooses who he wants as head of the departments based on their experteise and knowledge of the different departments. The election for the Prime minister is held at most every 5 years with the country looking out for different candidates election campains to try and decide whos best to run the country. The prime minister has a lot of power but cant pass laws on his own.
