2.3.1. Select, evaluate, manage and administer all company’s benefits programs including health insurances, 401(k) plans, time off and employee assistance
2.3.2. provide Payroll oversight including check processing and 401(k) compliance.
2.3.3. Review insurance carriers and offerings to minimize cost and maintain value-add to associates.
2.3.4. Administer timesheets, vacation/sick requests and process payroll online using ADP
