1. Swimming

1.1. A Pool is needed, but many gyms have them and so do many homes

1.2. Only cost is cost of membership to gym or cost of entry or it can be free if you have one at home

1.3. All ages can do this once you learn how to swim

2. Cycling

2.1. Many rail trails can be rode and you can bike around neighborhoods and on streets

2.2. Only skill is how to ride a bike but if traveling on roads, you should know the rules of the road

2.3. All ages can participate

3. Pilates

3.1. Many fitness centers/gyms offer Pilates classes, but there are some specialty places too

3.2. Cost of classes can be high, but some gyms include it in the cost of the gym

3.3. People over the age of 30 usually start to do this because it improves flexibility as it naturally goes away with age

4. Cardiovascular Endurance

4.1. Swimming is a part of many of the fitness components, but cardiovascular endurance is a major one

4.2. Swimming is a prolonged exercise that requires endurance especially cardiovascular endurance because you are constantly needing to supply blood to the muscles and regulate your breathing as to not get out of breath

5. Walking

5.1. Can be done anywhere and it is free

5.2. All ages

5.3. No skill required (except walking)

6. Golf

6.1. Is done at golf courses

6.2. All ages

6.3. Need to be able to play golf and know the form

6.4. Clubs are needed and golf courses charge you to play
