4. TKL Account Manager
4.1. • Can view all accounts and reports from dashboard location • Can provide feedback, comments, and grades within the environment for all assigned schools, cohorts, and users within an assigned district/organization account • Can assign school(s) to School and District Facilitators • Can edit all user profiles (Admins and Teachers) within assigned district account. (i.e. Names, Contact information etc.) • Can add/or delete users (i.e. Admins and Teachers)
5. TKL Facilitator
5.1. • Can only view assigned accounts and reports from dashboard locations • Can provide feedback, comments, and grades within the environment for all assigned schools, cohorts, and users within an assigned school • Not permitted to add/or delete users. The request must be made to TKL contact
6. Teacher - Paid User
6.1. • Content user access to all learning resources and materials associated with Comprehensive, GPLC and Micro programs • Part of a specific cohort group in GPLC program • Download and Print Transcripts and Certificates • Access to Community Resources
7. District Admin
7.1. • Can only view designated district accounts and reports from dashboard location
8. District Facilitator
8.1. • Can only view assigned school accounts and reports from dashboard location • Can provide feedback, comments, and grades within the environment for all assigned schools, cohorts, and users within an assigned school • Not permitted to add/or delete users. The request must be made to TKL contact
9. School Admin
9.1. • Can only view designated school account and reports from dashboard view • Can change the role of an existing teacher user from within their school account to school PLC Instructional Coach • Can invite/assign a teacher user to a specific cohort • Can provide feedback, comments, and grades within the environment for designated school, cohorts and associated users
10. School Facilitator
10.1. • Can only view designated school, cohort, and reports from dashboard view • Can invite / assign a teacher user to specific cohort • Can provide feedback, comments and grades within the environment for designated school, users within given account
11. Community/Unpaid User
11.1. • An unpaid user, who registers to the Platform • Gets access to only the Community Page, where the user can participate in the discussion, create posts, like and comment to the posts, share the posts, and take part in the monthly polls
