4.1. Faith Requires Action: For many believers, the journey of faith can feel personal and inward. This program equips women to extend their faith outward, inspiring and nurturing others in their spiritual growth.

4.2. Empowered Leaders Build Stronger Communities: Confident and spiritually grounded leaders are essential for creating thriving, Christ-centered communities. This program helps women step into those roles with humility and purpose.

5. Program Overview

5.1. This program empowers women to grow in their faith and step into leadership roles with confidence and purpose. Through scripture-based teachings, interactive workshops, and practical activities, participants will develop the skills to mentor others, lead small groups, pray with assurance, and serve as Christ-like leaders in their communities. By the end of the program, they will have a personalized plan and the tools to live out their faith in action and inspire spiritual growth in others.

6. Learning Outcomes:

6.2.1. Pairing Participants:

6.2.2.1. Set a Goal: Each participant sets a spiritual or leadership goal and shares progress with their peer mentor.

6.2.2.2. Practice Mentoring w/ Check-ins: How are you doing with your goal? What is going well? What are the Struggles? Practice finding solutions for struggles in the bible.

6.2.2.3. Pray for Each Other: Encourage peers to pray over each other’s challenges and goals during each meeting.

6.3. Develop and Execute a Leadership Plan. (Capstone)
