Through cooking, catering, entertaining, publicity, and business development, the youth will improve their English skills, build their confidence, develop leadership qualities, and add to their list of community experiences. The program will strive to teach the customs and practices of the Canadian culture so that, in turn, the youth may gain more employment opportunities
