Julia
by Jose Marchan
1. Julia is not commiting true acts of rebellion because her actions are insignificant since they have no real world impact against the Party.
2. She claims to be rebelling, yet her ignorance proves that she knows little to nothing about the party she's rebelling
3. Julia is using her body to "rebel" but truly she is not committing any form of rebellion because her actions do not make a difference or impact on Oceania.
4. The party favors ignorant uninformed subservient people who blindly accept what is said and given to them without question, such as in Julia.
5. She seems to only care for herself and Winston, she acts insincere at times. She ignores the rest of the world and the future of Oceania.
