2.1. Involvement Phase: feelings of belonging, commitment and intimacy

2.3. Transition Phase: part where subject physically moves and has feelings of statuslessness, chaos, and anxiety
2.4. Entering Phase (disapointmet phase): feelings of frustration and vulnerability and superficial attempts at settling in
2.5. Involvement Phase: once again returning to feelings of belonging, commitment and intimacy in much the same way as before
