It would be benifitail to many different age levels as it makes available the most basic music writing needs and “how-to’s”.

1.2. Street Food Carts

1.2.1. Street Food Carts on the App Store This is a gameplay app that allows students create their own make-believe business in form of a food cart. Each student is assigned a certain amount of money to start with and the possibilities or endless in the students own imagination. They are able to learn supply/demand, customer service, and other life lesson that are incorporated with running a business.

1.3. Make Beliefs Comix

1.3.1. Make Beliefs Comix on the App Store This is a fun app that allows the students to use their own imaginations to create comic strips. I think this could be a very useful app in any of the core subjects. Also by using this in a non-ELA setting it can make a lesson cross-curriculum as it hosts many learning objectives in 1 simple app.

2.1.1. inClass This is a great app for those students who struggle with keep track and organized with their classes and notes. Once you start the app and upload the proper information, it will keep track of your schedule, project dealines, as well as the ability to set reminders to yourself. This app also allows you share notes/files with other classmates through the app.

2.2.1. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.learnist&hl=en This is an similar to Pinterest, as you can create boards and follows others. However, unlike Pinterest this app is geared more torwards and educational scheme. It allows different types of readings and how-to guide for a variety of subjects and life lessons.

2.3. Wunderlist

2.3.1. Wunderlist | To-do list, Reminders, Errands - App of the Year! This is an orgazational tool created to help users do just that, be organized. It allows you to create a caleder of events, set reminders, and communicate to other users when working on projects.

2.4. Flipboard

However, it is more geared towards current event type information. It is more a different way to received news and information to be more custom to the user.

2.5.1. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bh.superflashcard.ap.android&hl=en This is cool app that I wish I had during my undergard and high school days. I have made so many different types of flash cards to help study and this app could have made all of that much more simple and easier to learn from. This app allows you to create the card for learning, then categorized. It also allows you to share your flashcards and link with other users to study and learn from.

3.1.1. iBooks on the App Store As the title reads, this an online way to read, study, and look at books through your computer, smart phone, or device. Backpacks are a thing of the past and this app allows students to take their leisure or school readings with them where ever they choose to go.

3.2. KnoTextbooks

3.2.1. Top 20 Free Apps for High School and College Students This is another form of ebooks. This app has e-textbooks already preloaded for the user to deciper through. Another app taking the weight of carrying textbooks a thing of the past. I enjoy the features of this app compared to others listed as you can highlight, make footnotes, as well as share you markings with other classmates.

4. Mathmatics

4.1. Thinking Blocks

4.1.1. Thinking Blocks Ratios on the App Store This is a great app that teaches and allows students to work with word problems. It shows them a variety of different ways word problems are set up along with how to solve them each certain way. An excellent way to provide an alternative way to education.

4.2. iFormulas

4.2.1. iFormulas on the App Store iFormulas is a handy tool that provides basic and advanced formulas needed for all levels of mathematics. It does not do the mathematics for the user but will show the user how to reach those conclusions.
