3.1. Role: Receive the resources; Be accountable on how they used it.

3.2. Want: To have their basic needs met. (Food, shelter, etc); Be financially included.

4.1. Roles: Provides Fiat and Crypto

4.2. Want: Accountability,Recognition , tax deduction, and crypto to be used by most so the value of their wealth can increase.

5. Fund Managers

5.1. Role: Hold and manage the resources donated according to the donors´ desire.
