1.2. must have access to and retain the information presented

1.3. must be motivated to learn

1.4. must be able to accurately reproduce the desired skill

2. Uses the 3 stages of acquisition.

2.1. cognitive stage

2.2. associative stage

2.3. autonomous stage

3. master of skill teaches that skill to apprentice

3.1. students can observe, enact, and practice them with help from the teacher

3.2. learning happens in real life situation

3.3. As the apprentice becomes more skilled, the feedback and instruction provided by the master fades
