1. Two-syllable adjectives. With most of two - syllables or more adjectives that do not end in Y,you form the comparative with the use of the word MORE. Example: Peaceful - More peaceful.
2. If the two-syllable adjectives ends with -y, change they to i and add -er for the comparative form.Example: Happy - Happier.
3. If there is only one syllable,with more than one vowel or more than one consonant at the end you add -er. Example: Fast - Faster.
