1. I will learn problem solving through my courses in business foundations and leadership that will help me in my every day relationships with my husband, family and friends, as well as prepare me for my future career after graduation in Fall 2021. I will gain a better knowledge of how to approach situations and come up with appropriate resolutions.
2. I will gain a better understanding of multicultural differences in my courses of case studies in leadership and ethics. This will help me teach my children, nieces and nephews to accept their differences as well as others. This will also help me better prepared for the job market and relating to others on a personal scale. I will be in a better position to be in a leadership role with the knowledge I gain of the world.
3. I will improve my skill of effective writing through my MDS program and Business Bridge to Career Minor. This will help me become a better communicator through writing to future employers, coworkers and eventually my own staff. This will also help me teach my children proper writing skills as they go through schooling themselves.
4. I will learn effective communication through my MDS program that will help me speak in a proper manner during interviews, presentations and meeting in my future career. This will also help me communicate better with my family and friends and express myself more correctly.
5. I will learn teamwork through my business class creating value with people, as well as my leadership courses. This will help me work better in a group setting and bring my skills to the table. It will also help me break out of my shell and look to others for their opinions and input. This will help me in my personal life by working better as a team with my husband and including my children in some, not all, decision making.
6. I will learn ethics through my MDS class ethics that will help me develop my own moral views on situations, as well as gain the knowledge of the ethical and moral views of others in life and the job market. I will be able to reason a little better with family, friends and future employers and coworkers when it comes to different viewpoints. This will also help build trust between people in my personal and professional life.
