1. New Customer Contract
1.1. Salesperson completes project request form at https://illumicare.sharepoint.com/sites/ClientProfile/Lists/Client%20Project%20Request/Open%20Project%20Requests.aspx
1.1.1. Request triggers a slack message in the PMO Channel
1.1.1.1. Sarah reviews request and assigns a Project Manager and changes request status to 'Assigned'
1.1.1.1.1. Assignment triggers a slack message with assignment details.
2. Existing Customer Request
2.1. CS Rep completes project request form at https://illumicare.sharepoint.com/sites/ClientProfile/Lists/Client%20Project%20Request/Open%20Project%20Requests.aspx
