1. Duty of Islamic Organizations

1.1. To plan and arrange da'wah activities for every Muslim at all levels

1.7. To provide skill and general knowledge to the du'at particularly and society generally so that they can carry out da'wah

1.8. To produce good du'at by organizing a special program and training for them

1.9. To coordinate the da'wah activities in order to avoid conflict and duplication in programs among da'wah movements

1.10. To motivate the society, individuals and organizations in order to contribute to the da'wah and to spread the message of Islam constantly and continuously

2. Duty of Society

2.1. To make da'wah works as a main project to be developed

2.2. To create a peace and stable environment in society for the betterment of da'wah

2.3. To protect da'wah, its institutions and its preachers from being influenced by the enemies of Islam

2.4. To provide a strong foundation to every Muslim - materially, physically, spiritually - to enable them to face all challenges and difficulties

3. Duty of Ummah

3.1. To unite all Muslims no matter what views, backgrounds, educational levels they have

3.2. To motivate and guide all members of the society in conveying and defending Islam

3.3. To establish a solid and strong Muslim organizations which strive to convey the message of Islam to the world

3.4. To be a role model and a "witness" over societies

3.5. To organize a civilizational dialogue between all nations and religions so the du'at can explain the privileges of Islams to others

3.6. To maximize all capabilities and potentialities of every Muslim in order to be used in da'wah works and activities

4. Quranic Verses

4.1. Surah An-Nahl (16:125)

4.1.1. Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.

4.2. Surah Ali' Imran (3:110)

4.2.1. You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah . If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient.

4.3. Surah Al-Baqarah (2:159)

4.3.1. Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture - those are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse.

4.4. Surah Fussilat (41:33)

4.4.1. And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims."

5. Duty of Individual

5.1. To understand Islam and its teachings so Islam can be preached successfully

5.2. To struggle in practicing Islamic teachings and virtues in our daily lives, especially when dealing with others

5.3. To develop an Islamic personality (sakhsiyyah) based on Islamic moral to be good role model to others

5.4. To play an active role in preaching Islam

5.5. To contribute to the Islamic mission by making any sacrifices necessary

5.6. To protect and defend Islam against the enemies of Islam

6. Duty of Parent

6.1. To develop a sense of awareness of the importance of da'wah and educate the children with the Islamic tarbiyyah

6.2. To create an Islamic environment within the family life

6.3. To show concern over the social illnesses and the decline of family value, and to stand up against any challenges together

6.4. To strive constantly in spreading the message of Islam within the family to obey Allah SWT in their daily lives

6.5. To maintain and educate Muslim children and young generations with the teachings of Islam

7. Hadith

7.1. Purity and Sincerity of Intention

7.1.1. From 'Umar ibn al-Khattab who said that Allah's Messenger said : Actions are judged by intentions and there is fpr every person only that which he intended. So he whose migration was for Allah and His Messenger, then his migration was for Allah and His Messenger, and whose migration was to attain some worldly goal or to marry a woman, then his migration was for that which he migrated. (Reported by al-Bukhari)

7.2. Distinctness

7.2.1. From 'Umar ibn al-Khattab who said that Allah's Messenger said : The Muslim has a direct personality with its own special nature and particular outlook and manners. By being distinct as Muslims, we preserve our Islam and our call in a clear and pure form.
