1. 17) Follow up with References if not received yet

1.1. A reminder will then be sent weekly to the referees and they will also be contacted by phone if appropriate

2. 15) Handbook Signed

2.1. This is the form saying they will adhere to the policies in the employee handbook. it should be signed by the employee and returned HR and uploaded to Toolkit

2.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit by NorWest Medical

3. 18) Contract Signed and sent back to HR

3.1. The contract should be signed by both NorWest and the employee. It then needs sending to HR and uploading to toolkit

3.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit

4. 16) Contract Created

4.1. This can only be done after all of the other steps have been completed

5. 20) Create ID

5.1. Only once all other steps have been completed will an ID be created for them

5.1.1. NorWest Issue Uniform

5.2. Need to have at least 1 reference back before they get an ID

6. 23) Probation Review

6.1. If references have not been received at this stage NorWest need to decide if they are ok with them to carry on working with them without references

6.1.1. The decision needs to be emailed to HR

6.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit

7. 24) Create Probation outcome letter

7.1. Pass

7.2. Fail

7.3. Extend

7.3.1. Extend if the references have not come back

8. 14) Sign 48 Hours Opt out Form

8.1. Employees don't have to sign the form , and cannot be forced to. However, if they do want to complete more then 48 hours work a week they need to sign the agreement. It will need sending to HR and Uploading to Toolkit.

8.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit by NorWest Medical

9. 21) 6 week performance review

9.1. To be completed by Line Manger and need to discuss any areas they need to improve on and what they are doing well

9.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit

10. 19) Shadow shift with Danny Riley

10.1. This is the final step in ensuring they are right for the job have the training needed to be successful

10.1.1. Need to have the Fit To operate signed off by Danny

10.1.2. Need to have finished all training that needed to be completed

10.2. All documents used need to be uploaded to toolkit

11. 22) Create Probation Invite Letter

11.1. These are created by Admin it will say the time and date they 121 will be taking place

11.1.1. Date and time to be agreed with the Line Manger

11.1.2. MYHR toolkit will send an alter to admin and the line manager when the employee has reached 3 months

12. 25) Check All documents have been uploaded to Myhrtoolkit

12.1. This is important and essential for compliance

12.2. All documents need to be placed in the appropriate section of toolkit

13. 4) Arrange first interview

13.1. Once applications are received NorWest Medical will arrange the first round of interviews.

14. 1) New Position Identified

14.1. Director gains approval for spend on the post(s) and Resource Approval form is signed by the person with authority to spend prior to looking for more resource.

14.2. Resource approval form completed, signed and added to the pack

14.3. This is the beginning of the process.

15. 8) Added to Toolkit

15.1. All other bits need completing to be accurate to be able to complete this step

15.2. HR to add full pack to Toolkit

16. 09) Offer letter Created

16.1. All previous steps must be completed and after references have been requested we will create the offer letter

16.1.1. They need to be checked by a Director to ensure they are all correct

17. 7) Receive Recruitment pack from NorWest

17.1. needs to include all of the following or the next stage of the process cannot be completed due to lack of authority and information

17.1.2. 2. Application form

17.1.3. 3. Position approval form

17.1.4. 4. Starter form

17.1.5. 5. Signed GDPR Form

18. 10) Send Reference requests

18.1. NorWest to send out references once

18.2. In the event the referees are unable to provide a reference we will inform the Managing Director and the issue will be brought up at probation

19. 12) Induction Form Signed

19.1. On their first day and once the induction has been completed the employee will need to sign the forms and email them to HR.

19.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit by NorWest Medical

20. 11) Receive offer letter back

20.1. The offer letter must be sent to the employee before they start the role. Once it has been signed, it must be sent to HR

20.2. the signed letter needs to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit by NorWest Medical

21. 13) H&S Induction

21.1. This should be conducted on the first day and once it has been done it should be signed and uploaded to toolkit and sent to HR

21.2. All of the documents need to be uploaded to Myhr toolkit by NorWest Medical

22. 2) Potential Employee Identified

22.1. Roles will be advertised using the process and spend agreed at the Resource Approval form states.

23. 3) Send out application forms and get evidence ahead of interview of qualification and driving information.

24. 5) Plan and Carry out Interviews

24.1. The interview question pack must be used on all occasions and once complete added to the pack.

24.1.1. All interviews are to be conducted in the Boardroom or in the Sliders Sales admin office, they should not take place in the NorWest office.

24.2. Stephen and Danny will carry out the initial interview, determine suitability and circulate interview observations to Richard, Helen, and Shaun for feedback.

25. 6) Invite for Second interview pack

25.1. Once Richard, Helen and Shaun have given feedback, if positive, the candidate will be invited back for a second interview with Danny, and either Helen, Richard, or Shaun.

25.2. The appointment decision will be taken based on team feedback from both the interview panels

25.3. Need Full interview Pack including Interview Notes and any invites to interview. All successful candidates interview packs need to be sent to HR
