1. Grass Cuts

1.1. Contractors follow FHA regulations, generally cutting grass every two weeks in season

2. Shrub Maintenance

2.1. Shrubs are trimmed once per season, and more frequently at the client’s request.

3. Snow Removal

3.1. Snow accumulation of three inches or higher is removed per investor guidelines, and surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.
