1.1. As we age: The speed in which information is acquired declines, our ability to remember stories from our childhood declines, and our word context declines as well.

3.1. As we age: Our ability to follow written directions to assemble objects declines
4. Normal Changes with Age
4.1. Forgetting what day it is
4.2. Forgetting why we walked into a room
4.3. Missing a monthly bill (phone, or car note)

4.5. Forgetting to turn of the stove
4.6. Our visual processing speed declines
4.7. We tend to have impaired vision in low light situations

5.1. As we age it takes a longer time to fall asleep

6.1. As we age: Around the age of 30 the rate in which we process information starts to decline.

7.1. As we age: older adults have difficulty with dividing attention between tasks and complex attentional task.
