2.1. PRR: used to restore deep pit and fissure with incipient caries
2.2. Glass ionomor : used for restoring class v when esthetic not in concern
2.3. Tooth coloured restorations preffered by pt however more technique sensitive than amalgam , time consuming
3. 5-Oral Hygine
3.1. Brushing with fluoride toothpaste twice a day and cleaning between teeth daily.
4. 2-Sealants
4.1. Preventing and arresting pit-and-fissure occlusal caries lesions of primary and permanent molars
4.2. Inhibit the progression of non-cavitated caries lesions
4.3. -increasing salivary calcium and phosphate levels
5. 3-Diet control
5.1. Reduce the amount and frequency of carbohydrate consumption.
5.2. Chew sugar-free gum with xylitol
5.3. Healthy diet that limits added sugars and high-acid foods that can affect mineralization of enamel
5.4. Limit sugary snacks between meals
6. 6-CPP - ACP
6.1. special cow milk derived protein named casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate , can help to decrease dentin hypersensitivity and prevent caries
6.2. -reduce demineralization of the tooth structure and enhance remineralization.
6.3. do not use on patient with a milk protein or hydroxybenzoates allergy
