1. Grammar Use:
1.1. We use used to + infinitive to talk about a past situation that is no longer true. It tells us that there was a repeated action or state in the past which has now changed. She used to be a long-distance runner when she was younger.
1.1.1. Examples
1.1.1.1. After Sofie had finished her work, she went to lunch. I washed the floor when the painter had gone. Harold had known about it for a while. I didn't say anything until she had finished talking. After she had moved out, I found her notes. Before I knew it, she had run out the door.
2. Grammar Strucure
2.1. End a sentence with a period, question mark, exclamation point, or quotation marks. Most of the time, the subject of the sentence comes first, the verb comes second, and the objects come last. (Subject -> Verb -> Object) If the subject is singular, the verb must also be singular.
2.1.1. Afirmative Structure:
2.1.1.1. An affirmative sentence is the one that shows an agreement on something.It contains the subject which is normally present and which precedes the verb.
2.1.2. Negative Structure:
2.1.2.1. is a word or phrase that shows you reject or disagree with something.
