4.2.1. 1.- Restrictive CALL

4.2.1.1. The kind of tasks, questions, responses and feedback turn to be restricted and closed to whatever that is programmed in the system.

4.2.2. 2.- Open CALL

4.2.2.1. Includes open-ended interactions with a pair of computers, and sometimes with other users.

4.2.3. 3.- Integrated CALL

4.2.3.1. Will be achieved for a future technology that will be fully normalized.
