Problems Aloysius is facing now

1. Most of his staff are non-Singaporean and are unable to converse in english.

1.1. Hire more singaporean staffs

1.2. Send current staff for courses to improve themselves which allows them to learn new techniques and skills as well.

2. Staffs used to a laissez-faire operational style adopted by his father.

2.1. Give the staff time to change and get use to the new operation style.

2.2. Try out another operation style that suit and please both Aloysius and the staffs.

2.3. Make them feel like they have a huge responsibility by making them involved in larger activities(eg. old staff coaching the new staffs)

3. Older staff are unhappy with the changes of the new technology , standard operation and radical changes

3.1. Have a talk with the staff and find out what they are unhappy with

3.2. Try to change the changes of the new technology , standard operation and radical changes, that suits both the staff and Aloysius

3.3. Ask the older staff for advice on the changes

4. Senior and experiences staff quitting due to the changes

4.1. Persuade the seniors and experiences staff to come back to the company after making changes.

4.2. Negotiate with them the terms of what their benefits would be if they continue to stay in the company.
