1. Before the module
1.1. Before the module I believe that Technology is a man-made scientific equipment’s that comprises of their knowledge/ideas and experiences put together which aids in away that would lessen the amount of time it would take to complete a specific task without the aid of technology.
1.1.1. some examples are computers, smart phone, cameras, tablets and laptops.

3. There is no limit to Technology as it comes in various forms.
4. What do I think technology is now?
4.1. After reading the module, technology is more than just electronics. It can be broken down in different aspects that are more than just computers, smart phones and cameras.
4.1.1. "This usage of technology does not refer to a physical product or even the physical machines used to make the product, but the routines, methods, and skills used to make modern hardware" (Dyer, 2009).
4.1.2. "Too often, technology is narrowly equated with computers and the Internet" (Hughes: 2004: 1).
4.2. As defined "Human’s use of technology involves not only machines (e.g., computer hardware) and instruments, but also includes structured relations with other humans, machines, and the environment. In short, technology is more than a collection of machines and devices. To go beyond simplistic intuitions about technology requires investigation of the human mind and socio-cultural environment as well as interactions with technological artifacts" (Isman, 2012, 208).
4.2.1. This has opened my eyes as well as my imagination to see beyond the box of what I thought Technology was.
4.3. I do know now that technology "could be a clock, a shovel, a laptop, a belt, a thermometer, a can of root beer, a canteen, a tank, or a fake duck decoy"(Dyer, 2009).
4.3.1. "The application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry"... " Machinery and devices developed from scientific knowledge"... "The branch of knowledge dealing with engineering or applied sciences" (Thierer, 2014)
4.4. "Technology includes more than machines, processes and inventions" (Li-Hua, 2007)
5. How have my idea change?
5.1. My ideas has changed after reading both articles as I would have never thought that technology can be more than just electronics.
5.2. Technology is much more difficult to explain than I originally thought as anything can be technology as this point.
5.2.1. “Technology” is not just the phones in our pockets and the laptops in our bags" (Dyer, 2009).
5.3. Karatsu stated that "Technology represents the combination of human understanding of natural laws and phenomena accumulated since ancient times to make things that fulfil our needs and desires or that perform certain functions (as citied in Li-Hua, 2007).
5.3.1. "Technology is anything useful created by the mind" (Ted, 2010)
6. Why do we need new Technologies?
6.1. As seen in the video "The history of technology in education" by SMARTEduEMEA (2011), you can see how evolving technologies have been.
6.1.1. From birds delivering messages.
6.1.2. Type writers to laptop and computers.
6.1.3. Chalk boards to digital boards and tablets.
6.1.4. Radio to ipads.
6.1.5. Touch buttons phones to smart phones.
