1.2.1.1.1. Impact: I can argue the issue and suport it with diffrent perspective i have collected -> My post is more convincing and trustworthy.
1.3. Weakness
1.3.1. I usually procrastinate when there is too much other work to do beside the GP project.
1.3.1.1. Example: When i have math and physic homework, i always do it first then do the project but i became way too lazy to complete both work so i decide to do the project tomorrow.
1.3.1.1.1. Impact: I made my team's process slower -> Can't have enough time to complete the work.
1.4. Improvement
1.4.1. I think i need to be more motivated in the future
1.4.1.1. Example: I will try to finish all the homework that can be completed in a day.
1.4.1.1.1. Impact: I will have higher grade in every subjects and have more time to spend on the next project.

2.1.1. Reason: I can control project and i fell that workking alone is more proactive than working in team.
