2.1. Order Circuit from Vendor Portal
2.1.1. Establish SF ticket for order
2.1.1.1. Communicate FOC date when received via SF ticket
2.1.1.1.1. Get Circuit acceptance from Customer
2.2. Gather all pertinent initial info for Ticket
2.2.1. Customer/Agent Contact, Site Contact
3. Access HW and Troubleshoot
3.1. If HW bad replace
4. NOC Process
4.1. Incoming TT
4.2. Pull SF view
4.3. Is NUSO HW in use?
4.4. Call Vendor to open Circuit TT
4.4.1. Advise Customer of TT with Vendor and NUSO TT# via SF ticket message
4.4.1.1. Manage Vendor to Resolution
4.4.1.1.1. Notify Customer All Clear
4.4.1.2. Escalate as needed Internal and External
5. LIFE LINE ADD ON
