2.1. Students will write a newspaper article for the L.A TImes about the impact of the Townsend Acts.

3. Students will explain the causes of the American Revolution.

3.1. Students will create a presentation about the American Revolution based on the religious, political, and economic aspects.

4. Students understand the political interests that brought about the Revolution.

4.1. Students will research the Coercive Acts. They will form a Continental Congress and respond to the legislation by creating a glogster poster.
