1. Reliability

1.1. Test-Retest

1.1.1. a method of estimating reliability that is exactly what its name implies.

1.2. Alternate Forms or Equivalence

1.3. Internal Consistency

1.3.1. Split Half Method

1.3.1.1. able to split the test into two parts and score separately to see if the test is reliable.

2. Validity

2.1. Content Validity

2.1.1. established by inspecting test questions to see whether they correspond to what the user decides should be covered by the test.

2.2. Criterion- Related Validity

2.2.1. Two Types

2.2.1.1.1. deals with measures that can be administered at the same time as the measure to be validated.

2.2.1.2. Predictive Validity

2.2.1.2.1. refers to how well the test predicts some future behavior of the examines.

2.3.1. its relationship to other information corresponds well with some theory.
