1.2.2.1.2. The study will contribute to a review of electronic payment services for people with disabilities. It will also help with figuring out what needs to happen to make sure that you have easy access to these services. The focus of this study is to look at the issues the technology might create for people with disabilities.

As part of this project we are seeking people with different disabilities who are willing to complete a short survey about the barriers they face when doing their banking and paying for items and services. We want to hear about any changes you would like to see in the way services are delivered. We also want to know what is working well for you right now with these services. The survey takes about 30 minutes to complete. The information can be provided anonymously and you can leave out any questions you wish. No personal financial details are asked for in this survey - it is only about your experiences and suggestions.
