1. 1- Europeans emphasized aspects of history about the colonial period that were positive towards Europeans. Like how they created a more civilized economy, helped Africans with trade, somewhat made the economy better, and in some cases, created new cultures that many practice today. What they left out is terrible things, like how they stole all of Africa's natural resources, put Africa into a poorer state, created the Apartheid which caused great racial discrimination, and how they created artificial borders which led to great conflicts and civil war.
