1. Objective

1.1. Objective: The objective that I chose to focus on ( Unit 2 Activity 2) stated: “Should compare student’s achievement by showing growth”. ”.

1.2. Focuses on Meeting Core & State Standards

1.3. Focuses on student's progress overtime (for the better), so that the student master each concept.

2. Interest

2.1. Keeping a students interest is very important, in order to keep behaviors on task, and focused on the concept.

2.2. Examples: Use of jigsaw technique, application of information using real life scenarios, building a model or display, draw a picture, writing a story.

3. Readiness Levels

3.1. Defines a students knowledge past their independence level. Determines if the student has fully mastered each concept, is ready to move on to the next level.

3.2. Examples: Simple to complex, slow to fast, dependent to independent, concrete to abstract

4. Learning Profiles

4.1. The main goal is for Educators to continue to learn students behaviors, to collect data, and to design lesson plans that fit their academic needs

4.2. Example #1-Offering an Entry to Learning-students learn/comprehend on different levels. As a teacher, it is important to offer students a variety of ways in which a student can learn.

4.3. Example #2- “Embed choices”. Teachers can design different aspects of and activity that incorporates making choices. Students feel like they have a voice in learning. ; Other Factors-Environment, cultural influence, and Auditory
