3.1. My responsibility is to construct a differentiated program for Jason to participate in while in school

3.2. I am also responsible to ensure a program is in place to help transition from secondary school into the workplace or post-secondary education

6.1. ive worked with Jasons homeroom teachers and well as his assistant presourse teachers to adjust course material to suit Jason's learning sytle

6.3. When it was time for Jason to transition into high school as well as transitioning our of highschool  we made sure that jason realized that this was a chance for him to grow and transform as a person
