3.1. Report and actionable changes list and implementation plan

3.2. How much did it cost compared to budget? Evaluation method (a mix of tools?)? Frequency of go/no-go decision? What represent success?

4. Analysis

4.1. Analysis of training needs & training plan

4.2. Who are the students? What are their initial skills/knowledge? What are the learning needs? What sort of training is to be delivered?

5. Design

5.1. Structure of the course, storyboard, prototyping

5.2. Best structure? Transition to be used? Storyboard to be used? Wireframing/prototype and eventual versions?
