1.1. Private: refers to any person, partnership, corporation, association or agency which is not a public body that is operated for profit.

2.4. divisional form: the organization is classified into different autonomous unit and mangers create a series of business units to produce a specific kind of product for a specific kind of customer

2.5. Adhocracy: is a flexible organizational design whose structure is loosely coupled, and amenable to frequent change.

4.1. SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis

4.3. The Five Forces : a framework for looking at the strength of five important factors that affect competition - potential entrants, existing competitors, buyers, suppliers and alternative products/services. Using this model, you can build a strategy to keep ahead of these influences.
