2. Plan A

2.1. Brand claims two possible colonization scenarios: plan A, demanding to solve the equation, would be a general evacuation from Earth to one of these planets

3. Plan B

3.1. plan B, which would result from the failure to solve this equation, would be a colonization based on the in vitro development of 900 kilos of fertilized and frozen human ova. This second plan would not save the population of the Earth, but would still offer a second chance to the human species. However, Professor Brand says he is confident in the possibility of solving the equation during their trip.

4. Synopsis

4.1. Earth's future has been riddled by disasters, famines, and droughts. There is only one way to ensure mankind's survival: Interstellar travel. A newly discovered wormhole in the far reaches of our solar system, near of Saturn allows a team of astronauts to go where no man has gone before, a planet that may have the right environment to sustain human life.

5. My opinion

5.1. Interstellar is a unique plot movie which shows us a giant universe. It has messed up my head. It's the greatest movie I've watched in my life.

6. The 2 Plans

6.1. Cooper is therefore recruited to pilot the experimental Endurance spacecraft, with the mission of finding the explorers of the Lazare expeditions, manned capsules sent through the wormhole to study a dozen planets and check if they are potentially habitable by humans. These capsules returned interesting data from three planets, all located in the same planetary system, explored by astronauts Miller, Mann and Edmunds.

6.2. Professor Brand is also looking for a way to carry out a general evacuation of the Earth. He believes, thanks to the wormhole and the multiple gravitational anomalies observed over the past 48 years, that man could "manipulate" gravitation, if he solved a certain equation. So we could make all of humanity travel in complexes under construction to one of these planets, if it proves to be colonizable.
