Vaccines & COVID-19

1. Currently the CDC recommends all children be vaccinated at certian age milestones.

1.1. Research done by prevalent institutions such as the CDC have proven that in order to implement herd immunity

1.2. Parents still ultimately have the choice to refuse 'mandatory' vaccines for their children.

1.3. The pro/anti vax argument goes into ethics, safety, and the actual importance of herd immunity.

2. COVID-19 is the current global pandemic and will have affects on current vaccines

2.1. The coronavirus is a global pandemic with no cure.

2.2. There is currently no vaccine for COVID-19

2.3. COVID-19 has made medical goods rare.

3. 3rd World Countries are being affected by COVID-19 in all kinds of ways

3.1. Because of COVID-19's ability to spread so easily, the distribution of medical goods has been halted due to flight cancellations

3.2. 3rd world countries are more affected by pandemics such as COVID-19 due to poverty.

4. Developing vaccines is a process not meant for emergency situations

4.1. While scientists are working on a vaccine for COVID-19, there is no timeline for how long this could take

4.2. Because there is no fast-track to creating a vaccine, this will take time.

4.3. There will not be a complete halt to the coronavirus until a vaccine is developed
