3. What I think now
3.1. Definition of Technology (What I learned from course materials)
3.1.1. "According to Computer Hope, Technology is knowledge or a set of tools that helps make things easier or resolve a problem"(Charles tuck, 2019).
3.1.1.1. Technology is everything that helps resolving problems. Not only machines but also knowledges can be define as technology.
3.1.2. Technology represents the combination of human understanding of natural laws and phenomena accumulated since ancient times to make things that fulfil our needs and desires or that perform certain functions (Karatsu, 1990). In other words, technology has to create things that benefit human beings (Li-Hua, 2007).
3.2. Technology is everywhere. Sometimes you just don't realize that you are actually using technology. It already became part of modern life.
4. What things have changed
4.1. Communications
4.1.1. Nowadays, we can connected to each other by using smart phone through Internet. Texts, emails, calls, social medias, etc.
4.2. Work environment
4.2.1. Most of files are already go digitized. It helps company to manage and store their documents easier.
4.3. Entertainments
4.3.1. Online resources ( Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Kindle, etc.)
4.3.1.1. Movies, Web series, Videos, Music, E-book, etc. You can access to them by your smart devices through the internet anytime and anywhere.
4.4. Distance
4.4.1. Technology made people feel like they are closed to each other in some situations. On the other hand, technology also made people feel distant from each other.
4.4.1.1. Examples
4.4.1.1.1. Technology helps share happiness with others by watching video together, especial something meaningful.
4.4.1.1.2. Video calls make an easier way to see and chat with your family or friends, but not physically meeting each other.
4.5. My thought
4.5.1. I realized that Technology is a combination of several fields.
4.5.1.1. For example, smartphone combined battery, electricity, network, camera, software, and hardware all together.
