1. Evaluation

1.1. The last stage of the ADDIE Model, but it can also be done in some steps. It's important to get a survey or feedback from your learners so you can revise and improve your content

2. Develop

2.1.2. Making the visualization, graphics, interactivity can have a bearing on how engaging your creation would be

2.1.3. Ensure that all your elements are aligned to your target learners and appeal properly

2.1.4. Important: Testing the course content in an authoring tool is also critical as many errors can happen during development. During the development, keep in mind how a learner can progress after taking the course. Even if they have chosen different ways of applying it

3. Implementation

3.1. For the implementation stage, a procedure is carried out to carry out this training to the learners.

3.1.1. -The platform where to launch the course, whether an Instructor-Led Training is happening or this will be uploaded in LMS will also be determined

3.1.2. Important: It always encourage to conduct a Pilot test for your course before going live to identify any problems that can arise during the mock-up session

4. Analyze

4.1. In the analysis phase, the problem is identified based on the business goals and performance objectives. The learners profile has also been established.

5. Design

5.1. It's the stage where instructional designers create’ and gather all their content created. It has to be systematic and specific.

5.1.1. This includes a strategy, delivery methods, structure, duration, assessment, evaluation, and feedback.

5.1.2. Powerpoint is also helpful for creating your Storyboard. Define the implementation and training administrative requirements

5.1.3. Project is reviewed and revised according to any feedback given by SMEs and stakeholders

5.1.4. Important: Gather all your ideas and present them to your stakeholders to make some revisions to the content if required
