3. Ideology

3.1. Blaming the others for the problem.

3.1.1. Hitler would blame for the Jews, The Weimar's government, Treaty of Versailles, Communist and Capitalist.

3.1.1.1. Blaming something else to create a pleasant feeling for the mass so that they can understand where to direct their anger and fear at.

3.1.1.1.1. Allowing to gain popularity in the Reichstag and become chancellor legally.

3.2. Promises to establish a better nation.

3.2.1. German people at that time live in unstable condition. They wanted security and order.

3.2.1.1. Hence, they are willing to trade their trust and vote for Hitler, so he can achieve the ideology which it promises prosperity and stability.

4. The use of force

4.1. The night of long knives.

4.1.1. Hitler like other authoritarian leader want to have absolute control. Hence, having a rivalry that has a chance to overthrow him isn't acceptable.

4.1.1.1. There is a purge of his political rivalry. Hitler will use his henchmen to arrest the leader of SA and some kill.

4.1.1.1.1. This is because the SA has 4.000.000 members enough to make Hitler lose his confident. Even though the SA was to protect Hitler and NAZI at the first place.

4.2. Gestapo and the SS

4.2.1. The SS a more elite military that is going to protect Hitler and the Nazi party

4.2.1.1. He can use the SS to get rid of rivalry like communist or news reporter that's against the Nazi party.

4.2.2. The Gestapo is the secret police organization.

4.2.2.1. This organization keeps the population "in order". Their jobs are to try to suppress people who are against the Nazi party but on a lower scale or political threat.

4.3. The rise of one party system.

4.3.1. The leader would often ban other political parties, making themselves to have total control.

4.3.1.1. Hitler ban communist party and all party that isn't NSDAP. Hitler outlaw Jew officials which allow him to pass law against Jews without backlash.

4.3.1.1.1. This allows the NSDAP to change the justice and government system as, so they desire.

5. Propaganda

5.1. Indoctrination for students

5.1.1. Children have to listen to the authoritarian speeches and new that is support the party.

5.1.1.1. Children are less to develop in cognitive function hence they are easier to deceive. When they believe in those statements it's a strong belief

5.1.1.1.1. When election come or any call for action they are willing to obey and follow the authoritarian.

5.1.1.1.2. Example: The Hitler youth. Many students who believes in the system so much that some even report their own parents.

5.2. State controls the news and radio

5.2.1. Doesn't allow opposition to criticize.

5.2.1.1. This make opposition unpopular especially in political. The Nazi party block other from using Radio to promote.

5.2.1.1.1. It makes people alienated away from those oppositions. Essentially giving people only one choice to vote for the Nazi party because they only hear about NAZI.

5.2.1.2. Establish information security for the authoritarian states. Hence, constantly promoting their own party establishing trust through sheer repetition.

5.2.1.2.1. This allows the authoritarian states to fabricates facts. Allowing the state to control what people believe and rallies to their cause.
