3.1.1. 1. Global assesment, continous and formative. Taking into account the degree of development of the key competences and their progress in the learning processes as a whole.
3.1.1.1. 2. When a pupil's progress is not adequate, educational reinforcement measures will be established.
3.1.1.1.1. 3. The tutor, will draw up curricular enrichment or educational reinforcement plans, which will enable the level of competence of the pupils who require them to be improved required.
3.2. Article 16: Students' right to objective assesment.
3.2.1. The centers will guarantee the right of the students to objective assessment, taking into account the characteristics of the assessment provided for in current legislation.
3.3. Article 17: Promotion.
3.3.1. 1. At the end of each cycle, the teaching team will make a decision. Taking into account the information and criteria of the tutor.
3.3.1.1. 2. Students who have not achieved the expected learning will recieve the necessary support.
3.3.1.1.1. 3. If after having applied ordinary measures to deal with the curricular gap of a pupil, the teaching team considers that remaining in the same year is the most appropiate measure, a specific plan will be organised.
3.4. Article 18: Diagnostic assesment.
3.4.1. 1. Schools will carry out diagnostic assessment in the fourth year of Primary Education. The reference framework shall be that established in accordance with Article 144.1 of Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May.
3.4.1.1. 2. The teaching centres will draw up proposals for action, within the framework of the improvement plans referred to in Article 121 of the same law.
3.5. Article 19: Evaluation documents and reports.
3.5.1. 1. The official assessment documents are the assessment reports, the academic transcript, the academic record, the end-of-school report, and the personal report on transfer.
3.5.1.1. 2. The transcript of records and the personal transfer report are considered basic documents to guaranteeing the mobility of students around the national territory.
3.5.1.1.1. 3. The department responsible for education shall establish the characteristics of the final cycle and stage reports referred to in sections 4 and 5 of Article 15 of Royal Decree 157/2022, of 1 March.
3.6. Article 20: Evaluation reports.
3.6.1. 1. Assessment reports shall be drawn up for each year and shall be closed at the end of the regular school term.
3.6.1.1. 2. Negative grades: Insuficiente (IN). Possitive marks: Suficiente (SU), Bien (BI), Notable (NT) or Sobresaliete (SB).
3.6.1.1.1. 3. The result of the assessment shall be expressed by means of a single mark.
3.7. Article 21: Academic record.
3.7.1. 1. Will contain the centre's identification and the pupil data and the information related to his or her assessment processs.
3.7.1.1. 2. If there were some areas that has been studied in an integrated manner in a field, the dossier shall include it.
3.7.1.1.1. 3. The custody and archiving of the academic records shall be supervised by the Education Inspectorate.
3.8. Article 22: Academic history.
3.8.1. 1. The academic record shall be approved by the director and shall be valid as proof of the studies completed.
3.8.1.1. 2. In order to guarantee student mobility, when several subjects have been taken together in a single area, the marks obtained in each of them shall be recorded in the student's record.
3.8.1.1.1. 3. At the end of the Primary Education stage, the student's academic record will be made available to the student's parents, guardians or tutors.
3.9. Article 23: Personal report on transfer.
3.9.1. 1. In the event of a transfer before the end of the stage, the school of origin shall send to the school of destination, at the latter's request, the personal transfer report, together with a copy of the student's academic records.
3.9.1.1. 2. The personal report by transfer will contain the results of the assessments, the appllication of curricular and organisational measures.
3.10. Article 24: Authenticity, security and confidentiality.
3.10.1. 1. The Regional Ministry responsible for education shall establish the appropriate procedures to guarantee the following the authenticity of the official assessment documents.
3.10.1.1. 2. With regard to the protection of personal data, the provisions of Organic Law 2/2006 of 3 May shall be followed.
3.10.1.1.1. 3. The official assessment documents and their validation procedures may be replaced by their electronic equivalents.
3.11. Article 25: Participation and right of parents and legal guardians in the educational process.
3.11.1. 1. Mothers, fathers or legal guardians shall cooperate closely with teachers.
3.11.1.1. 2. Mothers, fathers or legal guardians must participate in and support the evolution of the educational process of the pupils.
3.11.1.1.1. 3. Parents or legal guardians shall also have the right to know the decisions relating to the assessment and promotion of their children.
4. Chapter 4. Educational inclusion and flexibilisation measures.
