Validity and Reliability
Rachel Williamsにより
1. Content validity evidence is used to determine if test questions asked are corresponding to what the test is suppose to cover (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010).

2. Predictive validity test is important as it is used to try to predict future behaviors of those taking it (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010). This test is useful for aptitude test which is used to predict how test takers will do in future settings (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010).
3. Concurrent criterion related validity evidence is different measures used at the same time to measure what can be validated. The idea is to find the correlation between the two measures (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010).
4. Construct validity evidence is used to determine the relationship to information and how it corresponds with a certain theory (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010). This evidence is useful as it shows test results and whether or not the results are what is expected (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010).
5. Test-retest is used to determine how the scores from the first test correlates to the scores from the second test.

6. Internal consistency is a test that measures one idea. If test takers are able to answer one question most likely they are going to get them all (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010). In order for this test to work appropriately easy questions cannot be cluster together in the beginning and then harder questions at the end, but rather easy and tough questions should be spread out over the whole test (Kubiszyn and Borich 2010).
