1.1. What is his relationship with Bod?
1.1.1. He is an enemy of Bod as he killed his family but Bod manage to escape from him.
1.2. How does Bod feel about him?
1.2.1. When Bod first learns about him, he wants vengeance. Bod says, "If I go outside in the world, the question isn't 'who will keep me safe from him... It's 'who will keep him safe from me?'"
1.2.2. Later, when Scarlett is in danger, Bod begins to feel a fear of Jack, because although Jack cannot hurt him, he can hurt his friends.
1.2.3. Jack brutally murdered Bod's family when he was still a baby as Jack left "The woman in her bed (Bod's mother), The man on the bedroom floor (Bod's father), the older child in her brightly coloured bedroom (Bod's older sister).
2. Liza Hempstock
2.1. What is her relationship with Bod?
2.1.1. Liza assists Bod in each of his major adventures.
2.2. How does Bod feel about her?
2.2.1. She helps him escape from Abanazer Bolger and alerts Silas when he gets arrested. She also helps him when he is battling the Jacks. From her actions with Bod, she seems to be a helpful and goodhearted person.
3. Silas
3.1. What is his relationship with Bod?
3.1.1. He is Bod’s guardian as he takes care of all of Bod’s basic needs such as food and shelter from the outside world rather than staying in the graveyard and he also teaches Bod things he do not know about.
3.2. How does Bod feel about him?
3.2.1. He is sensible and would always offer good advice. He did not just only knew about the graveyard folks but also about the outside world. He has always been on Bod's side throughout every night and Bod felt very safe around him.
4. Miss Lupescu
4.1. What is his relationship with Bod?
4.1.1. She is the person Silas found to be Bod's guardian while he is away.
4.2. How does Bod feel about him?
4.2.1. Although she is a very strict substitute teacher, gives Bod very boring lessons and demands that he pay attention, she turns out to be a werewolf who saves Bod from Hell where the ghouls drag him to it.
