We says that "water is finite" which means the amount of water on our planet doesn't increase or decrease. Desalination operations remove salt from saltwater to be fresh and be able to be used.

2. Earth's water cycle: Satellites help us study Earth's water cycle. It can measure water vapor and increase in evaporation. One of the satellites had data about floods of hurricanes that could happen.

3. Water's Family Tree: Many scientist think water arrived on Earth after the Big Bang happened. The molecules of water was created in space. Earth has the nickname of "Water Planet", only 2.5% of the water is freshwater and the rest is not fresh.
