1.1. The Hunger Games- Nobody wants to hurt anyone or anything until it's the only thing keeping them alive.

1.3. Animal Farm- the animals and kids start out as peaceful beings, but they gradually grow more and more savage.

2.1. People want power and when they get that power, they will do anything to allow them to keep it.

2.2. People are curious. The first thing that the boys did after finding each other was explore where they were. If something is new, the majority of people want to know everything about it.

2.3. Piggy represents stereotypes in today's world. People push away people who are different, and ignore them. Piggy died with no name.

5.1. Unlike Jack and Ralph, I don't think I would try to be a leader for all of the boys. I would stand back so that I wouldn't be the reason something bad happened.

5.2. Just like most of the boys on the island (in the beginning), I would never be able to kill an animal. The first time Jack killed a pig, would be the only way I could ever kill an animal- quick and painless.

5.3. Just like Raplh, when I am in charge or the lead role of anything, I feel like I can never do anything wrong, or if I do,everything will go wrong. Ralph says

6.1. This song relates to the later parts in the book where the boys are being savage.

6.1.1. "All my fears came true."- The whole book, the boys feared a beast, but in the ends their fears came true because they became the beast.

6.1.2. "Nothing can stop me now, I don't care anymore"- The boys became used to the idea of killing. They were so used to it that they started killing their own and nothing would stop them from doing this.

6.1.3. "Nothing's turning out the way I planned"- In the beginning of the story, the boys all expected to be rescued within a week, but after a while, they gave up hope.
