1.1. FET Phase teacher

1.2. Stricter outlook and feels academics should take place the first day back

1.3. Insured all learners had received textbooks and handed them all out to finalise and finish the administration issues.

1.4. Felt the CAPs Document is already pressed for time and she would rather use time on revision than introduction.

1.5. She feels the first day back sets the standard for the rest of the year.

1.6. She feels teacher and learner relationships should stay professional and academic related.

2.1. Senior Phase teacher

2.2. More flexible and feels learners should be welcomed and be made comfortable

2.3. Insured all learners had textbooks and handed them all out to make sure they all received one so that when lessons took place the following day learners would be prepared.

2.4. Felt that learners need to be comfortable so learning would take place and that learners learn for their entire school year so taking one lesson off to get to know each other is fine

2.5. Feels teacher and learner relationships need to be kept fun and welcoming to a professional level however learners spend most of their time with teachers and need the support to feel encouraged and comfortable
