2.4. But the most activity in Thanksgiving is the shopping day in the US- Black Friday (after Thanksgiving day) with a series of discounts and attractive promotions, attracting domestic and foreign tourists.

2.5. National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation is a ceremony that takes place at the White House every year shortly before Thanksgiving. The ceremony dates back to the 1940s, since 1989, during George Herbert Walker Bush 's first Thanksgiving as president, it has been an annual tradition for the president to "pardon" the turkey.

4. II/ HISTORY

4.1. Pilgrims go on a boat called the Mayflower, they set foot in the Plymouth Colony during the winter.

4.2. Half of them can not survive the harsh winter

4.3. By spring, they were fortunate to meet the Indians and give them little food

4.4. Indians taught them ways to survive in this land such as growing crops, hunting, etc

4.5. When the Pilgrims were able to take care of themselves, they held a party to thank God for Given that they can live to this day, they invite the Indians and eat together happily.
