1. New Website major need

1.1. Download area for students

1.2. Support Forum so we could run a ticket service which link to [email protected]

1.4. a page for students or assessor to upload DSA2 Letters or Quote requests.

2. Support

2.1. All in all I feel it is going really well.

2.2. Ideas for better support

2.2.1. if a computer comes in for repair students should have a text update everyday.

2.2.2. Courteousy call to be given to students after a couple of days of receiving their machine back

2.3. New Thing put in place for the swap it boxes is fantastic.

2.4. If the boys are really busy not to let the support calls take a hit let me know and i can give them a hand.

3.1. Absolutely nothing to be said except i think Stacey is handling it exceptionally better than ever in Great Yarmouth.

4.1. Very Happy - apart from accounts

5. Quotes

5.1. Main thing about the quoter system is that it needs to be more accessable and faster

5.2. No Pictures would just slow system down and products change so often would need constant updating

5.2.1. MAC and WIndows Products to have a separate Page. Instead of having one long list of items.

5.2.2. to have an option box pop up i.e so if you pick a SRAC laptop it would pop up with, PLEASE SELECT YOUR DESIRED LAPTOP STAND. THEN IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION AVAILABLE.

5.3. An option to link to orderwise so if a Quote is accepted by SFE we can just click a button an it would generate the order in Orderwise

5.4. An option to automatically send real Word Document to the desired assessor.

5.5. An option to enter in alternative email into a Quote so it gets sent to somewhere like SRAC or KENT Assessors.
